Healthy Egg Recipe

HEALTHY EGG RECIPE – SEMIYA OMELETTE

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Boiled Vermicelli/Semiya
  • 2 Ayur Plus Eggs
  • 1/2 Tsp Roasted Cumin Power
  • 1/2 Onions, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 Tomatoes, Finely Chopped
  • 2-3 Tsp Capsicum, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Coriander
  • 2-3 Green Chilies, Finely Chopped
  • 1 Clove Garlic, Finely Chopped
  • Large Pinch Of Crushed Black Pepper
  • A Pinch Of Red Chili Flakes & Mustard Powder
  • Salt To Taste

Method:

  1. Boil the vermicelli, strain & take it in a bowl.
  2. Add red chili flakes, black pepper, salt to taste & roasted cumin powder.
  3. Mix all the veggies with the vermicelli.
  4. Break the ayureggs in the bowl & mix thorougly.
  5. Heat 3-4Tsp oil in a pan, pour the omelette & mix well.
  6. Using a wooden spatula, keep scraping the bottom of the omelette till it’s half cooked.
  7. Using two spatulas, lift the omelette and turn. Cook on the other side till golden in color.
  8. Serve the hot yummy omelette on a plate with hot toasted bread.
  9. Enjoy!!!
