Egg Curry Recipe



  • 5 Large Ayur Desi Eggs – Hard Boiled
  • 2 Onions Finely Chopped
  • 4 Whole Dried Red Chillies
  • 1 Inch Ginger
  • 5-6 Whole Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Inch Stick of Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Cup Vinegar
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 2 Tsp Ghee
  • 1 Tsp Chopped Ginger
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • Salt to Taste


  1. Boil the Ayur Plus Eggs & slice into halves, lengthwise.
  2. Grind red chillies, ginger, garlic and cumin seeds with half the vinegar & salt.
  3. Heat ghee in a pan, add onions and fry till brown.
  4. Add the ground paste and cinnamon to the pan.
  5. Add sugar, remaining vinegar and garam masala powder.
  6. Add the sliced Egg halves and cook till the gravy thickens.
  7. Serve with rice or rotis.
