EGG RECIPE FOR KIDS – DEVILED EGGS

Ingredients:

  • 6 large Ayur Plus Eggs
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tsp Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Tsp Ground Mustard
  • 1/8 Tsp Pepper
  • 1/8 Tsp Paprika

Method:

  1. Boil the Ayur Plus Eggs in a saucepean for about 20min.
  2. Crack egg shells and carefully peel under cool running water.
  3. Slice the eggs in half lengthwise.
  4. Remove the yolks to a small bowl and place the whites on a serving platter.
  5. In another bowl, mash the yolks into a fine crumble using a fork.
  6. Add vinegar, mayonnaise, mustard, salt & pepper, and mix well.
  7. Evenly add heaping teaspoons of the yolk mixture into the egg whites.
  8. Sprinkle with paprika & serve.
  9. Enjoy!
