    I am a fitness freak, i gym 5-6 days in a week. I used to take 3 egg whites and 1 whole egg for Breakfast. I wanted to go for AYUR eggs, can i 3 whole eggs with Yolk? is this Omega -3 in yellow part? Please advise

    1. Hi Manoj, Thanks for messaging us. To answer your question, Omega 3, Vitamin D3 & A, and many other vital nutrients are in yolks as well. Also, eating the yolk would keep you full for long and will help u stay on the fitter side.
